1. Checkins. Everyone has a LOT going on.

2. Next steps on November Skills and Thrills

Mary King talked with Evan before the last community meeting. Patti emailed
Evan after the last community meeting to confirm its a go. GO wanted to do
it over 2 half days instead of one 8-hour day.

So its Saturday and Sunday Nov 14-15. Suggestion that we do 1-5pm both days?
GOers don't seem to like early mornings. And Sunday mornings are never good.
And its easy to remember if its the same time both days.

Infoco/Process should try to leave their schedules open Saturday evening and
Sunday morning - we will need to do some consulting with Evan about how its
going, help plan for the next day.

We should plan a potluck meal in there somewhere, maybe process can
contribute money toward an entree and people can potluck sides. Sunday
brunch, or Saturday dinner potluck? Process will need to buy snacks and
coffee too for the sessions.

Process has money for childcare, Jillian will contact Rachel about if she
can find people to hire to do it.

Need to talk with Hope, who is head cook on Sunday 11/15, to make sure she's
ok with the proposed schedule. Maybe she can do some prep in the morning,
and facilitators can make sure the community will help set tables etc. Mary
King called Hope and she is fine with that. Thanks Hope!

Sign out CH guest room? Evan could potentially say with Patti or Jillian
too.

Fee? Evan was happy with $500. We will pay travel too of course, and her
meals.

Next step? We should talk with Evan again very soon. How about if Infoco met
first for half an hour on a weekend morning when we have more brain cells,
and then call Evan, conf call or Skype?

Let's meet at 10am this Sunday, for half an hour and then call or SKype Even
at 10:30.

Mary King called Evan and got her voicemail, left a message. Sarah will find
out if Evan is available at 10:30 on Sunday, and if Evan has Skype. Elph may
be able to help set up something if she does not (Zing conference phone?).
LEts meet at Jillian's unless we need to change it.

Emily has been interviewing folks who are not as engaged with the community
these days and trying to get a handle on what's going on, for membership
cmtee. Perhaps what she has found out could have useful info for the
November event. Patti and Sarah will check in with Emily again to see if
they can find out from her, what she learned, before Sunday morning.


3. Brief checkin about Wednesday's meeting; Elph and Patti facilitating.
Materials went out on email; F&L proposal is for input but F&L is empowered
to decide on it themselves. Work agreement revisions are coming for the
first time, so for discussion not decision. Dale's message was missing the
indicators about what had changed. Maybe it can be emailed out again.


4. Infoco next meetings: 11/3 and 12/1, 6:15-8pm.
