The light by the bathroom was buzzing awhile back, and then burned out. Has anyone looked into this? Monkey to Tom: Can you replace the bulb and monitor?

Air conditioning and utility bills. Question - how has running the AC affected our bills? Answer is we don't know yet. Monkey to Adi to follow up with Patti or Helen. It's really nice to walk in and have a really cool building...but do we need to do that when no one is here? Monkey to [[Elph]] to see if we are lowering on the days we don't have meals and if so, can that be changed.

Adi has question on the billing for the CH phones. Since the beginning paid $421.90. Seems like part of this must have been the installation. If so, who paid for it intially and got reimbursed? 2nd part. There is an extra line in the CH. Originally for Melisa's office, but she ended up getting her own to keep her business number. Adi needs to know if we need that other line, if not, can we substitute her line and still get the bulk rate if we drop one. No one present could see any reason why we need that extra line. Adi will research and cancel as long as it doesn't affect our bulk discount.

Adi had suggestions for equipment guidelines added to the game room. See email. We all agreed. Monkey to Mel: Follow up with Dave G to see if he wants the damaged pool table back. Otherwise, we will get rid of it.

Exercise room update: Thanks to Jason, Becky and Jason cleaned it out this week. So, we're ready for the universal. Sharon, we need you to tell us when is good for you so we can get folks to come get it.

Laundry Room: there is major mold action happening in the laundry room. People REALLY REALLY REALLY need to do a better job about claiming their laundry. We talked alot about the sign up. Laura will make a sign up sheet and encourage folks to use it. We have an extra dry erase board that can be used. Will have some set times and some open times. Sign up will be for 1 washer and 1 dryer for a 2 hour period. Our hope is that if people can have a guarnteed time during the week, there might not be such a backup on the weekends.

Also, we need to install an exhaust wall fan (maybe bathroom exhaust) to help with the moisture problem. Mel will research. Year round operation.

Judith's email: sent email re helping out in the laundry room. We say Yea! Go for it. Just coordinate with Gail how is the cleaner for that room. Also, be sure to send notice before getting rid of the blue and white bin (some donated I think)

Office ventilation issue. This is for the 3rd office with the computer closet. Probably only need it during warm weather, a window mounted fan is probably good enough - to vent hot air outside. Mel will research this too.


Becky will email to find a honcho for setting up the hottbub.

Enforcement of "clean up after yourself" rule. The biggest problem is in the kitchen. People are leaving dirty dishes in the front kitchen. Decision: we are adding to clean up that we leave a rack left by the dish machine sink for folks to put WELL_RINSED dishes in. Please do NOT leave any dishes at the front sink (north sink). We want all that can to go through the sanitizer, but you (yes you) are still expected to clean them well enough so if they sit for a few days before going tthrough the machine they will still be clean. Mel will let [[Meals]] committee know that we support this.

High Chairs and booster seats. High chairs are not to be stored in the exercise room. Do we even still want them? The one is big and cumbersome...preferance for getting some of the booster seats like the shoen-clark family used for awhile. We will keep 1 of the high chairs. The wooden one. The other one will be taken to salvation army Sunday. We will buy 2 of the boosters.


Monkey Updates:
Kitchen Island. Tom researched and found the butcher block, I ordered. It should be here Monday or Tuesday.

Monday Becky will start on painting the last bathroom
We have a basket from Mary SC - concerns about putting a shelf for it and that it needs to be opened. Mel thinks she has an open top one that might work better, but we will hold off deciding till we find one.
