Association use of shared office?
Copy machine, fax machine, table top to work on?
[[Rod]] speaks for having space in the shared office for cmtees and such.
Does this end up impinging upon the other renters?
What about if no one rents the shared office?
Do we have the assoc be the primary lease holder on the shared office?
Provide flexibility on charging for the shared office.
What about charging hourly - difficult to bill for?
We could do 10/20/30 hour a week.

General use Common House policy review
Amy brings up the concern that folks in the cmty may not feel empowered enough to voice their concerns regarding use of the CH.

Empowerment wording for end of guidelines:
Great Oak members should feel free to bring any issues or concerns about the use of the CH to the CH Cmtee - we believe that your concerns are important. It's your common house.

Definition of quiet: We heard from the meeting that some folks didn't want to risk defining quiet. We've described it in a broad way that seems agreeable to the cmtee.

Are the sections labeled SunGoaTS and Guidelines unnecessary? Just combine into one Guidelines group.

Clarification: Guidelines are for all cohousers, nothing specific to Great Oaker use alone.

Consistency on host/sponsor has been done.

Alcohol section.

Please note that the host assumes all liability for any alcohol-related incident.

Do not store alcohol in the common house for any length of time.

No alcohol for sponsored events.

Any event that does not have a Sungoat host needs to go through the CH cmtee.

Charging for guest room? Add to donation section with a recommended $5.

Should GO members have priority in scheduling rooms because of potential conflicts.

Maybe Sunward and Touchstone can only schedule one month in advance?

The Great Oak CH cmtee will mediate scheduling conflicts - though we highly recommend that individuals discuss this first between themselves to find an amenable solution.
