Check in on meeting times

I. Room Check-ins
Cart schlepping--no CH plans have materialized!!!
Exercise Room Door Placement--need a copy of the CH plan!!!
Hydraulic Door Closures--did we spec this? Ellian and Jilph remember this. Must have child safety feature. Keep on Steering/JD about this. [[Rod]] checked they are spec'd on outside doors; did [[Elph]] and Jillian think we needed them on ALL doors to avoid slamming and banging?

II. Place settings samples
Mel bought tri-bottom heavy duty cooking pots (8, 10, 12, 16 quart) Revereware Stock Pots for rediculously low prices. Laura checked to see if the same ones as Sunward uses; they ARE the same. Great Bargains!!!

Mel also found great deal on 84 sets of flatware. Should she buy them at 4th of July sale?

Do we have a process for ok'ing decisions to buy spec'd items? Not really. But we gave Mel ok to buy flatware and to keep the pots (number and type at her discretion--she is on Kitchen Crewe).- Keep receipts and recognize that there is a risk that you own 84 sets of flatware if we don't want it and we can't return it.

Place settings of correllware--Fiestaware is more expensive, less durable (it chips). Correllware only comes in white, with flower patterns, or a scalloped edge. Laura thinks these are sensible, but boring. Do we want fancy plate and simple everything else or simple plates and the ability to dress up other things like tablecloths and napkins? Same amount of fiestaware would cost $2000. 72 place settings of correllware is about $540.

Decided to think about place settings some more. Right now between Correllware or Fiestaware. Mel will bring in some other imported place settings from Corning next meeting.

III. Operations Budget

A. Operations (60% of Sunward's budget)
1. Electric $2130.60
2. Gas $799.80
3. Sewer/Water $971.00
4. Floor sealing $921
5. Phone $568 (100% of sunward's)
