Update on kids room Kids are going to be involved in decision. In process of choosing colors - maybe Wednesday. Childrens' cmtee will give feedback on outside and inside space.

It is good that the children are involved in the decision making.

Some people are upset by the new half wall due to the heating system. Do we want to consider building a loft in there?

Ok with the CH cmtee if the Children's room group decides to build a loft in the space above the closet. We recommend they consult with parents group.


Update on exercise room Heather and Adi are thrilled with setting up the universal in their basement. Becky still needs to connect with Sharon about picking it up and moving it to Heather/Adi basement. Purpose of this is to size out the universal to make sure it will fit in exercise room and allow people to use it.

Elph, Get a skills survey of people and their ability to teach others to paint. Elph, Do an equipment survey, especially sprayers. Elph, Estimate paint quantity and then buy the paint and tape. Buy Harmony line of paints Room honchos should get paint teams together. Only do only one coat? Some paints it will work for, others not. Agreed: We buy enough for one coat, and if anyone feels like it needs another coat we need to go buy the paint and do it - don't put it off. Remember to get volunteers for errands and food/beverages. Note: We do have to paint the ceilings.

Notion is that we declare a primary work day and follow-up days. Room honchos will put together their team and set when.
