Viking Cooktop for $1559 looks to be the best move. Amana 25 cu ft fridget looks good. $1247 Ovens, go for the cheaper end. Sinks - more work to be done figuring out what is spec'd and looking at opportunities that Big George has to offer for upgrades. Hobart dishwasher - Big George doesn't do it but we'll do some research. Hot water dispenser - looks like a combo cold/hot dispenser. Good. Insinkerator GN1100 Monkey: Elph will find some Hobart prices and maintenance contract.
