Agenda: Budget CH appliance problems
I. Budget
The key thing we need is to make sure we have all the key elements 2) put in figures 3) getting the numbers realistic/ball park
Pass it off to finance somewhere between steps 2 and 3.
Refrigerator and sterilizer were omitted from construction budget appliance allowance. Need to find funds for this in the budget.
CH point person is the person who is responsible for all issues regarding CH coordination. CH maintenance point person is the person who is responsible for physical plant issues.
TASK: Call to get an estimate on a service contract from (MasterTech, for example). Elph.
DECIDED: Will defer CH long-term replacement costs to second year budget to keep costs down this year and since we are buying appliance, carpets, etc... out of this year's budget which won't be needed in next year's.
Budget total without appliance snafu is $11,900. Budget total with appliance snafu is $19,506.
II. Appliance Snafu
Current estimates: A-range top $1699; back splash $179; range hood $750; wall ovens $2199 X 2; refrigerator $1500; hobart sterilizer $1500; waste disposer $250; hot water dispenserA-$500;A-Total $7776; Credit from Construction Budget $3,000.
Question: Will The CH be taxed? Elph sent an email to F&L. Probably not, since cost of CH and land is figured in unit prices, but Amy found a tax line item in SW's CH budget.
