CH meeeting 10/25/08

review money left this year
update on monkeys
discuss options since energy audit isn't going to happen
napkin holders/cloth napkins
work jobs for next season (note to self to add position for waxing
floors regularly)

Steam cleaner for everyone's use or not?


DECISIONS: The new steam cleaner can be used by anyone, as long as
they clean it and return it promptly.
Mac will print out instructions and attach, also email and put on the
Wiki

UPDATE Purchases:
* Ordered Kitchen blinds and had them installed
*Purchased steam cleaner


UPDATE MAINT
* Eric fixed locks on south dining room doors
*Rob fixed the way the doors hang to reduce gap
*Roberston Morrison will come 11/6 to service the furnances
*Mr. Fireplace is no more, will see if RM can also do the fireplace.
*Dining room floor done on work day, need to do the rest

Napkin Request:
Katie requested we get cloth napkins, Becky suggests whichever way
that we get napkin holders for the tables that can be filled with
either.

DECISIONS: Yes to napkin holders for each table and yes to cloth
napkins. Becky will get the holders. Katie will buy the cloth
napkins at least 70.

Work Jobs for next work season
*Sandbox job on hold till spring
*Add work job for waxing all marmoleum twice each work season: 4
hours as a start.
Preassign counted members: Mac and Rachel
Convener = Becky
Change the night lock up jobs to be 7 jobs, one for each night of the
week so folks can sign up for which nights they can do.

MISC
Rachel will take the CH vacuum to get fixed.
Judith will get the quotes on the concrete
