2. Task Review
DONE: Jillian will share process account google login with Tech.
DONE: Becky will remind GOers that the regular community meeting in January
will be on the third Wed, 1/19/22, instead of third Monday due to MLK day.
DONE: Jillian will make sure Megan is aware that she is the alt meeting
leader on 1/5/22.
DONE: Jillian will reply to Syndallas about the 2021 process training
funds.
DONE: In January share this agreement with Talk as a reminder
Committee Effectiveness Proposal with Convenor and Member Responsibilities

TASK: Becky H will check in with Willie about how his current BOA job is
going.
TASK: Jillian to reply to Syndallas about skills and thrills using 3/2 or
4/6 alt meetings.
Re-TASK: Jillian to work on new blocking proposal with Mary King and run a
new draft by Process. See previous minutes for details. Complexities to
this but will work on it.
Re-TASK: Jillian will email facils about tri-cmty group and if we should
continue.

3. Skills and Thrills update, and scheduling request

$500 Facilitation Training line item from 2021 budget, was used to pre-pay
Crystal Farmer for Diversity training in 2022.
$1702.92 Skills and Thrills line item from 2021 budget, was spent on books,
supplies for the launch event in 2021, those who attended Crystal Byrd
Farmer’s webinar, prepaying for additional outside facilitation for
community discussion in 2022, and support of the BIPOC support group.

First set of small discussion groups are meeting, had 2 last weekend, will
have more this weekend.

Request via email to offer meeting date options to Alicia Wilson-Ahlstrom
who will be helping as a paid consultant for an upcoming meeting about
Implicit Bias. This is a meeting that would be for the whole community.

We only meet once a month to work on community proposals, but then if we
don’t have enough agenda items then a meeting is canceled, but still seems
like if an alt meeting night could work that would be the ideal.
Update: Jillian checked in with both Andrew and Tammy and either 3/2 or 4/6
could work to offer to the skills and thrills group.
TASK: Jillian to reply to Syndallas and see if 3/2 or 4/6 could work.

4. Next work season, any changes needed to job entries?

Becky will check in with Willie, and Jillian will check in facials about
tri-community group, to see if we should keep those jobs or not.

Not sure that any other jobs would need to be added or removed.
