this but will work on it.
Re-TASK: Jillian will email facils about tri-cmty group and if we should
continue.
DONE: Jillian to try out the process account google login Sarah found and
update the password.
TASK: Jillian will share process account google login with Tech.
DONE: Jillian will do the last few process work season preassignments
DONE: Jillian will email all process workers once all work is assigned, ask
for their meeting schedule preferences with a deadline, then create the
best schedule we can matching everyone’s preferences, and share the meeting
date assignments via email.
TASK: Becky will remind GOers that the regular community meeting in January
will be on the third Wed, 1/19/22, instead of third Monday, due to MLK day.
TASK: Jillian will make sure Megan is aware that she is the alt meeting
leader on 1/5/22 since that first alt meeting after the new year always
sneaks up on us. Elph is facil, Amy minutes
TASK: Jillian will reply to Syndallas about the 2021 process training
funds.
TASK: In January share this agreement with Talk as a reminder
Committee Effectiveness Proposal with Convenor and Member Responsibilities

3. Skills and Thrills update and request about 2021 training money
The GO anti-racism group (of which Jillian is a part) is leading the 2021
Skills and Thrills, except most of it will actually happen in 2022. They
bought copies of the book The Token by Crystal Byrd Farmer for everyone,
ordered via a black-owned bookstore in Ypsi, and will be distributing it on
Friday, 12/17/21, along with a sweet treat made by a black-owned bakery in
Ypsi, after a zoom meeting to talk about the plan. Then in 2022 there will
be a series of events, both small groups and full groups, constituting a
Skills and Thrills season rather than one weekend of events.
Syndallas emailed Process on 12/15/21 asking about using the 2021 process
training money, which is $500, since we were not able to use it in 2021 for
a process training, to pay ahead for Crystal Byrd Farmer to do some process
work with the community in 2022. This seems fine to us, Crystal will
facilitate discussions or lead a training to benefit the whole group.
TASK: Jillian will reply to Syndallas about the 2021 process training
funds.
4. One GOer wanted a steering committee meeting via zoom, rather than via
email, to discuss the updated guidelines for the common house. I think any
member of steering, not just the convenor, can say hey I think we need to
meet via zoom rather than work via email, but in this case that didn’t
happen, and very time sensitive due to a meal coming up in 2 days. Since
the time urgency is past, if community meeting time is wanted to discuss
the impact of the updated agreement, and share feelings, this could be done
at an upcoming regular community meeting? Probably not good timing to
discuss at the 12/20 meeting slot though, so many folks out of town or not
available due to proximity to holidays.
In general, idea to make sure new convenors are aware of our agreement
around roles and responsibilities around committees to help convenors know
what the expectations are.
TASK: In January share the agreement with Talk as a reminder, the
