Agenda

Take old door signs down

Put new door signs up

Change gather Closed labels on rooms

Ask Syndallas about whether rooms can only be used if reserved.

Reply that the rooms that can only be used by reservation are: Game
room, sitting room, media room, exercise room, and guest room

Meals will be doing a work day for prepping the kitchen for use.

Proposal from Marta to mount clips for hanging straps. Looks like there is
space on one of the walls by the treadmills. Seems reasonable.

What can be done about the package mis-delivery? People having delivery
issues should contact Amazon.

We need to take a good look at the cleaning jobs for next work season. No
crisis at the moment.

Marta and Buildings issue on automatic door openers for double doors. How
would we add a remote open that included the door code? Would require much
more advanced door lock system then we currently have.

Meals needs to be alerted to the fridge possibly aging out. Check
maintenance of seal on freezer.
