2. Wednesday's community meeting
We checked in about Wednesday's community meeting, discussed the
agenda items briefly, Alicia and Jillian are facilitating. Jillian
has been emailing with the presenters but was unable to set up a time
when everyone could meet. Seems ok though, presenters have handouts
and know what they would like to do. Discussion items.

3. Facilitation exercise/learning continuation, led by Sarah

We did three sharing go-rounds, each speaking to this topic:

How we feel we've: developed/our feelings/skills/outlook have changed
over the years in regards to being

(1) a participant in GO meetings
(2) a facilitator of GO meetings

and then, (3) how, when taking a big picture look, we think GO as a
community has evolved in its meetings and how we as facilitators as
well as participants might continue to support the growth and
development of our meetings.

We found the sharing to be a valuable learning experience. We did not
minute the personal sharing, but came up with these ideas for (3):

- Continue to reflect on how to foster the group's self-facilitation
- Share tips/tricks of facilitation with the group
- Engage the group more in its facilitation, eg, ask if a member
could summarize at some point during the discussion of an item.
- Ask the group what else needs to be added to the discussion.
- Review and resolve quorum issues so we interrupt perception of inadequate
participation
- The facilitators could offer eval of the meeting during eval time
(thoughtful questions, handouts in advance, members engaged)
- Reflect positive evolution/growth back to the group
