Meals minutes 4/27/21

Attending: Eric McGlohon, Gail Graham, Tammy Coxen

Grill
- Forgot to submit grill cleaner job, Eric and Suzette will share it for
the season
- Eric will send email reminding people of grill etiquette
- Eric will order 2 non-bristle grill scrapers
- We have too many propane tanks - Eric will find out how to get rid of the
excess
- There are a couple tanks that are near but not completely empty - workday
task to find those and put them in the propane heaters so they could get
used up on cold days the next few weeks
- Annie has volunteered to get tanks filled. We'll ask her to fill 6 tanks
(2 for grills, 4 as backup in the cage)

Meals Scheduling
- emails went out to community about new system
- cooks will have to request to Willie to change dates, as this is not user
editable
- diners should not assume a date is set until there is a menu posted

Community Shopping
- Costco shopping will continue through the work season - some people value
it for reasons that are non-covid related, will need to revisit for next
work season when there are other jobs/more hours
- Tammy has been collecting information on need for Arbor Farms shop, will
likely move to a less formal model, as major users do not need
post-vaccination

Billing
- Tammy needs to turn in her receipts for April
- no biller report
