Present: Gail, Elph, Kathy, Suzette, Kelly

Kelly and Suzette took on the task of identifying a better solution for
replacing our washer/dryers with than the residential ones we had
been using. Their research and proposal was discussed.

DECISION
A proposal was made and accepted to replace the right hand washer/dryer
stack with a Speed Queen® 3.5 Washer, 7.0 Cu. Ft Dryer White Stack Laundry
Model SF7003WE.

The discussion included consideration of the increased cost balanced with a
reasonable expectation of longer life, less down time for maintenance, and
lower controls for the dryer and ADA compliance.

Kelly will take care of purchasing and getting the unit installed and
having the old ones removed. The expense will come from the Reserve Fund.
The Reserve fund folks have already discussed with Kelly and Suzette the
change in forecasting for future replacements.

We will have a 2 month evaluation period on the new equipment with
opportunities for the community to give feedback. At the end of that time
if there are no concerns with the Speed Queen choice then we will move
ahead with replacing the left hand washer/dryer stack - which is not
working well - though enough to get by. If the left hand machine dies
before the evaluation period is over we will simply replace it with the
Speed Queen model if feedback has not surfaced any concerns.
