DONE: Jillian will work on draft of Reconsideration Agreement to add more
structure.
DONE: Jillian email Gail to ask for agenda time for 20 minute discussion
decision on the new proposal for the Reconsideration Agreement.
RE-MONKEY: Jillian will contact Nancy Lanphear again to see if Songaia has
an agreement to share about validating blocks. (She also spoke with someone
from N street who sent his thoughts on good process but not really their
policy)
MONKEY: Jillian to talk to Neil Planchon, founder of Swan’s Market in
Oakland, to see if they have an agreement to share about validating blocks.
RE-MONKEY: Patti will research and compile information about blocks and
collect info from GO INFO DOCS.
RE-MONKEY: Patti will draft an actual PROPOSAL TEMPLATE

Review and Update Blocking Agreement especially validating block
>From Steering Committee - no remote blocking is a statement we added to
master deed?
Physically Present is meant to mean, fully engaged in the consensus process
in the meeting and all the nuances of it, and also, in the life and work of
the community - the spirit of it is full engagement. However: “You cannot
block remotely unless the entire community is meeting remotely due to
emergency situations like a pandemic.” - is that the sentence that might
need to be added to the master deed?

What guidelines for re-opening community meetings?
<10 in person + Zoom for the rest of the people? Challenging to
manage/facilitate
Continue with Zoom until no limit on gatherings?
Masks & social distancing
Continue with Zoom until meals are restarted?
What do we know about air handling in the CH?
An ALT meeting could be outside with masks and social distancing once
limits on # of folks is lifted. Or managed small groups, somehow.
