Agenda
1. check=ins

5. Next infoco meeting

2. MONKEY REVIEW

MONKEY: Mary and Jillian need to check in with Grounds and find out
more about what they want to do on Monday.

MONKEY: Sarah will check in with Megan about her more recent
alternative meeting, how she feels it went, if she felt supported,
and if 2 hours work credit felt ok for it.

DONE: Jillian submitted the item to the community meeting agenda
stack about how to submit input to community meetings when you can't
attend.

RE-MONKEY: Patti will check in with Pam about how she felt her Alt
meeting went on Jan. 2.

MONKEY: Process will be talking about the non-GO kids in the CH
subject, about bringing it to the community for discussion, since we
have no formal agreements about this. Some GOers had planned to bring
it forward last fall but have not found time to do so so its fallen
thru the cracks. Maybe we can talk about it at the next joint
infoco/process meeting. (Last Sunday in Feb).

MONKEY: CH (Sarah) is going to come to infoco to talk about CH game
room programming.

ONGOING MONKEY: at the end of each work season, we should email out
to talk the facilitation job description and the minute taking job
description.

3. Monday's community meeting

Draft agenda went out today, two pieces of main agenda are 30 minutes
for Work cmtee and 30 minutes for Grounds.

What is the Grounds item? Not sure. Katie is leading an alternative
meeting in April, perhaps its prep for that?

We've talked about the work piece before. We did the membership piece
at the last community meeting, it was consensed on. And we had
general discussion about how do you feel about the work program in
general and what should we be paying attention to. Got a lot of that
out.

Gist of the work proposal is renters are treated the same as
everybody else. Some people can get exceptions as needed etc, just
like owners.

Renters are now "associate members". Previously they did what they
chose to do, now they are associate members with the same obligations
as everyone else. Renters who moved into the community prior to when
we adopt this have some options, which will be detailed in the
proposal.

Work will have spare copies of the proposal of course, and a handout
about "Making the Work System Better". This is not a discussion item,
its just an FYI. Jim will distribute it in cubbies on Sunday
afternoon so people can read it ahead.

Work cmtee took the feedback from the last community meeting, and
also heard, the work system works, work gets done. So its a balance
of looking at changes, and not feeling like we're in a work crisis,
not burning out work cmtee.

Jillian and Mary will get together and will let Infoco know what we
need if anything. Lucila is very willing to be in a support role,
ahead of time and during the first half of the meeting, she said
please just let her know via email how she can help.

There are other concerns, about capping the percent of whole units
that can be rented out, that will be for future conversations.

Partners not able to work? That's a concern about enforcement of the
work program, not about renters specifically. We have that issue with
owners too.

5. Next meeting, 4th Sunday, 2/24, 7-8pm. That's the first weekend of
spring break but we'll see who's available.
