PREASSIGNMENTS
Tevah is willing to be the Farm Meal Coordinator again--YiMiau will ask
Tevah to cc Meals Committee on emails she sends regarding the Farm Meals
program. YiMiau will also ask whether Tevah is interested in continuing
with this job for a while, or whether we should have someone learning from
her this season

YiMiau would like to take a work season off of being convenor of the Meals
Committee, so we are looking into recruiting a new convenor.

SCHEDULING - NEW EXPERIMENT
Due to the change in the length of work seasons, we are now going to
schedule meals work three months at a time, so twice during each work
season. We have adjusted the meals jobs slightly so that they can be
divided into two rounds of scheduling. The first scheduling will happen in
April, when we schedule for May - July, and the second round of scheduling
will be in July for August - October.

GUIDANCE FOR MEETING NIGHT MEALS WHEN MEETING IS CANCELLED
When a meeting is cancelled, it will be up to the meal orderer/potluck
organizer to decide how to handle the meal. Some options include:
cancelling the meal, organizing a potluck, or following through with any
plans already made to order dinner. Emails to diners with updates on the
plan will be useful after a meeting is cancelled.

SANITIZING IMPLEMENTATION: HOW IS IT GOING?
We know the sanitizer is being used. We hope the cleaners and cooks are
reading the instructions and reminding each other to do the sanitizing.
When we know who the cooks and cleaners will be for the new work season, we
will send another email with the sanitizing protocol.
Catherine will create the email list of cooks and cleaners for the next
work seasons and re-send the message about sanitizing that went out last
time.

FOOD ALLERGY/RESTRICTION SURVEY Tammy sent this out and we will go over
the results at our next meeting.

MATTERS ARISING
For farm meals, we want to make sure that the many new members know about
the farm share and the farm meal program we’ve run the past two summers.
YiMiau will ask Tevah to publicize the farm share and the farm meal program
information with our new members in mind.

NEW MONKEYS
