Agenda

1.

Bob Van Oosterhout visited with some items for discussion
1.

Ping Pong table
1.

Bob may have a ping pong table to donate but upon hearing about
past experience he withdrew his proposal
2.

Workshop garage charging car
1.

Bob would like to charge his car occasionally at the Workshop,
during the day, by running a cable under the garage door and
is looking for
approval from common house committee.
2.

Issues this raises are Logistics and Cost and Safety - the parking
could be inconvenient, the cost would be difficult to
forecast, and safety
is probably not an issue but there are cables run on the
ground. In light
of none of the issues being major (or unique) we approved.
3.

Bob would put a sign in the car window when he is using it to let
people know how to call him if there is an issue.
4.

This would be until the charging station ad hoc group comes with a
proposal
3.

Plants to donate
1.

Bob has some large plants to donate to the common house that he
would care for.
2.

Approved for one month trial for placement in sitting room. We
will re-evaluate and give further approval at that time.

Maintenance report
1.

Fan when AC is not cooling or heating still does not work on west side
2.

Graffiti in kids loft to be removed
3.

Budget
1.

In general it seems good going into next year with our current numbers
2.

Based on a report from the weekend media room meeting that Marta and
Gail attended we agreed that the will of that group was that we continue
with spending the money on satellite tv and ask for money for furniture
improvements $1000.
4.

Job concerns
1.

Michele Meyers cannot do guest room deep clean and bathroom clean
because of new allergies.
1.

Add guest deep clean to work day and check in at 3 month review on
other interests
2.

Ask Fatima about doing bathroom clean - which she had expressed
interest in before - if not email the community for help
