Hi Gang,
The criteria you listed sound great, but I'm going to flog this horse
one more time:
This paragraph implies to me that there is some kind of process that
will be used to evaluate room uses and consult the community if
regarding changes, yet this was never done when the room function
changed to an 'unsupervised play area' from its original planned use.
And on further reflection, criteria 3: "Must be able to be removed from
the room with relative ease by one or two adults;" is OK as far as it
goes, but I would hope that it will not be necessary to remove
something from the room every single time we want to use it for one of
its originally planned purposes (say, ping-pong, for example).
I understand that you are primarily concerned with budget issues for
now, but I hope this issue will be addressed eventually, whether by
you, or by Process or someone else if you feel that's more appropriate.
