MEALS PROGRAMMING

WHAT HAPPENS TO MEETING NIGHT MEALS WHEN MEETINGS ARE SCHEDULED TO SATURDAY
MORNINGS? Tabled until next meeting.

DOUBLE/LATER SEATING IMPLEMENTATION
Tammy is willing to try a couple of late seatings. We will also ask head
cooks again whether they are willing to try it during the rest of the work
season. We will invite people to pilot the effort without extra work
credit. Tammy will send out an email asking head cooks in the current work
season whether they will try out a later/second seating. Terrence will
update Susan about our plan to pilot the later seatings during the current
work season.

COOKS AND CLEANERS EMAIL LIST Catherine needed help to figure out how to
create the email list. Catherine will share the list with other committee
members once it is created.

REMINDING MEALS WORKERS TO CHECK THEIR SCHEDULES Since the work season is
so long, Tammy will email the meals workers to ask them to check their work
shift schedules and make trades where needed.

MEALS SECTION OF NEW MEMBER PACKET We updated the Meals section of the New
Member Packet.

CREATIVE REMINDERS FOR MEALS ETIQUETTE We have the info we need, but we
need someone with the energy to get the idea implemented.

Yi-Miau will invite one of the billers to attend

NEW MONKEYS
Tammy will send out an email asking head cooks in the current work season
whether they will try out a later/second seating.

Terrence will update Susan about our plan to pilot the later seatings
during the current work season.

Tammy will email the meals workers to ask them to check their work shift
schedules and make trades where needed.

REMONKEY Catherine will ask about cooking/cleaning shift attendance? Do we
want to ask head cooks in general how it’s going? Also, encourage people to
put the word out when there are lots of leftovers, and if still lots of
leftovers, if you want to let Gayle know, she will track it and make sure
it doesn’t sit there too long.

REMONKEY Catherine will create a cook and cleaner email list.
