2. MONKEYS:
ONGOING MONKEY:
Bringing chocolate for the two community meetings a month:
Patti will buy more salted chocolate covered caramels at CostCo too.
COOLER: Once the GO contacts database is in MESS, Sarah may enter the info
we gathered at a community meeting in January 2016 about how members want
to be contacted, in to the MESS system.
Re-MONKEY: Mary and Sarah to share their handouts and powerpoint to the
Process cmtee google folder in drive. (See 3/19/16 Process minutes)
Re-MONKEY: Process will see if we can find two people for a cmty meeting
soon, one who will skype in to the other's device (laptop or ipad etc)
Re-MONKEY: Sarah will read through the 3/21/16 parking minutes and suggest
next steps for a followup discussion at an upcoming meeting.
Re-MONKEY: We should contact current convenor of each one to discuss:

New MONKEY: follow up at our next Process meeting about GO meeting time
survey results.
Re-MONKEY for JAN 15 facilitator brunch: We could ask facilitators - when
there’s a new proposal, or discussion of any new idea, ask for questions,
then ask for positive reflections about it, before they go into discussion
of concerns.
New MONKEY: Let’s schedule a few refreshing policy moments:
Parking
Cleaning up after yourself in the CH / Expectations for teen and youth
access and supervision
Communication Pathway / Role of CRC
Review of GO proposal and decision-making processes and revisiting decisions
Overview of BOA and how to search for agreements - demo
New MONKEY: Jillian will ask Willie about the BOA - if we want to mark a
completed agreement in a particular way - what does he suggest?
MONKEY: Sarah to Send out a reminder with a deadline for filling out
meeting time survey
MONKEY: Sarah to go through results of meeting time survey.
MONKEY: Sarah to ask for community meeting time in Feb to discuss meeting
time survey results and ask if people want to try a new sked for summer or
wait until fall
MONKEY: potential discussion item on Jan 15 brunch?

community meeting.
MONKEY: Sarah will ask CRC if they are willing to present on 2/20/17 about

4. January 17 community meeting prep
Re-MONKEY: SArah will contact buildings and grounds about the January
community meeting.
MONKEY: for all - consider calling people too? Consider emailing any
mandate that you can, to the cmtee in case they don’t have it.

5. Refreshing policy moments

Seems like we should just try to get on each agenda with one.

Maybe we should start with CRC and communication pathway.

MONKEY: Sarah will ask CRC if they are willing to present on 2/20/17 about
CRC and the communication pathway too.

We could plan to have time on the 2/20/17 agenda too.

Do we want to do any historical thing? Where we’ve been and where we want
to go. Show a few photos of historical events? Or it could just be an after
dinner thing? Or a sunday before dinner? 3 to 4:30?
