Maintenance Report

Middle washing machine replaced and seems to be working well

Purchase replacement for 3rd washer, next to window?

The squeaking is the only problem with the 3rd washer, the
MasterTech repair person said use it until it dies, then
replace it. Sounds
good to us. We are inclined to save money while we can. Please use the
washer despite the squealing!

The laundry room marmoleum is in worse condition then realized. We
need to schedule that repair.

Work Skills Report

Nancy brings treats occasionally.

We have gotten clear with them about locking the doors and keeping
them locked.

Patti donated a garden plot to them and they are very much enjoying
it.

Locking doors review

Sometimes the code doesn't seem to work on the first time

Melissa finds it easier to give out the code to her clients rather
than wait at the door for each one. This underscores the need to
change the
code each work season.

Our Great Oak underage children have been seen entering and exiting
from the common house in full possession of the door code. The
CH is not a
safe space for young children and puts them at risk to be in here alone.

The exercise room seems to have become known to children. Decision:
change the lock code, Ted?

Liquid detergent?

We had a request for Liquid detergent from one person. We tried both
and had complaints about the messiness of the liquid. The cost of the
powder is significantly cheaper. The thing we would like to reinforce is
that the detergent is provided as a perk to incentivize people to use He2
type detergent. That is all.

We would like to put signs above the door of every room stating what
they are. Any ideas on printing such things?
