Meals met 5/3 at 7 in the GO Sitting Room

DISCUSSION THEMES:

1. Table setter could be a new job at GO
*TEVAH will discuss with Work Committee

2. Meals schedule and Sunday redundancy: Could be a matter for polling the
community

3. Engaging infrequent diners

4. Late plates (to discuss with Sharon) (TABLED)

5. Experimentation with Sunday cooks to increase the value of the weekend
meals:
*YI-MIAU will start by calling Kate and Eric to see if they are willing to
experiment with alternative formats (e.g., potluck) or meal nights (e.g.,
Saturday meal) to test the value and logistics of new possibilities. Other
Sunday cooks this season are Mary King, Pam, Elisha and Hope.
*YI-MIAU to consult with MESS if needed re. alternate nights.

6. Deposits and renters policy: At least temporarily, set a $100 deposit
for new renters. Are landlords responsible for the deposit? What is the
appropriate threshold for credit limit for owners, renters, and families?
