2. MONKEYS:

ONGOING MONKEY:
Bringing chocolate for the two community meetings a month:
Jillian just stocked up on meeting chocolate at Trader Joe's so we're set
for a while.

MONKEY: Jillian will fill in the Process job assignments for summer.

Re-MONKEY: At an upcoming meeting, present the Input in Absentia agreement
with a proposal to add a sentence about stand asides and blocks. Also a
potential additional discussion item, not a proposal, about video
conferencing.

MONKEY: Sarah will email Go-tech to ask about how we can enter the data
gathered at a community meeting, about how people like to be contacted, in
to the contacts database.

MONKEY: Mary and Sarah to share their handouts and powerpoint to the
Process cmtee google folder in drive.

MONKEY: Mary and Sarah will send out invite to all about the Lilacc
facilitator email group to see if others want to join.

MONKEY: at our next process meeting let's read through the notes from the
1/18/16 cmty meeting about the email etiquette discussion (which also
touched on input in absentia) to see if we should propose any changes.

MONKEY: Revisit the January Process cmtee meeting minutes and the 1/18/16
community meeting minutes about the input in absentia agreement.

MONKEY: Jillian will follow up with Catherine about how an agreement is
made public on the gocoho.org web site or not - good to make sure we know
how to do it.


3. Next steps on work survey?
Jillian emailed most process job folks. Jillian will fill in preassignments
this weekend. Catherine will train Rachel about BOA entry. Helen will train
Yi-Miau about agenda point person. Willie would like two alternative
meetings for CH kitchen process.



4. How do people want to be contacted

This was a cooler item to bring up at a community meeting, go around at the
meeting about how they want to be contacted at a regular meeting in Jan or
Feb. We had a technical glitch and the data could not be entered "live", so
now Process probably should?

How do we add the information to the contact database - there's a place
where you can add a note to a person's record but it does not seem to be
working.

MONKEY: Sarah will email Go-tech to ask about how we can enter the data
gathered at a community meeting, about how people like to be contacted.



5. Training materials google doc

Mary and Sarah have developed training materials about facilitation and
process now. Would be great to have those stored in a central place. At the
last Process meeting we decided to try piloting using google docs, noting
that this is NOT meant to replace the material in Book of Agreements at all
- these are supporting documents or resources.

Sarah created a Folder called Process Cmtee in drive using this new
gocoho.docs at gmail.com address and she and Mary will share their handouts
and powerpoint. Rest of process can add to it too.

We can share it with our regular gmail addresses. We can also Choose to do
a New Incognito Window and so you can log in to multiple accounts at the
same time.

6. BOA and making more agreements public

We have most of our agreements that show up for public reading on our web
site. A question came in on email about making more of them public as they
happen. It's been a while, am not sure of the mechanism for making an
agreement public. Jillian did check with Catherine about it but will check
back with her about how one does it.

MONKEY: Jillian will follow up with Catherine about how an agreement is
made public on the gocoho.org web site or not - good to know how to do it.


7. Parking agenda item

We have a 50-minute regular community meeting item to talk about parking as
it is now on Monday 3/21/16. We want to talk about our current agreements
and how we got there. Sarah started a google doc for a potential agenda.

Process cmtee thought there was a lot of strong feeling, our survey showed
there was not so much, but its good to have this discussion and probably a
second, and see what the community does want to pursue further.

Discussed it some here and will talk about it more at the facilitator
brunch at 10:30.


8. follow up on email etiquette cmty meeting item

We ran out of time to talk about this. We had a discussion item at the
1/18/16 community meeting, the community read through our existing email
guidelines, plus an excerpt from some UM email guidelines that Jillian put
together from a doc Patti had.

MONKEY: at our next process meeting let's read through the notes from the
1/18/16 cmty meeting about the email etiquette discussion to see if we
should propose any changes.


9. next step on input in absentia

We ran out of time to talk about this. The community discussion on 1/18/16
about email etiquette also touched on this topic.

MONKEY: Revisit the January Process cmtee meeting minutes and the 1/18/16
community meeting minutes about the input in absentia agreement. Jillian
will work on this.


10. next infoco meeting - tri facilitators brunch
