ONGOING MONKEY:
Bringing chocolate for the two community meetings a month:
Jillian bought enough chocolate to last us a while so we won't assign this
right now.

COOLER: We could bring up at a community meeting, the idea of if we should
talk about how we each want to be contacted on community business, and see
what people think about it. So many options now for how to be contacted,
and some people seem to only use certain modes, would be good to know.
Maybe add it to contact sheet?

COOLER: Elph says he's willing to be assigned hours to create some process
or facilitation training materials.

Re-MONKEY: Patti will look for the email etiquette docs that she has.

Re-MONKEY for December?: Jillian could present the email etiquette policy
from 2009 and have time for discussion. Jillian could let F&L know this is
happening if it gets on the agenda

MONKEY: Jillian will ask Elph who the Zingerman's retreat facilitator is.
Fran?

MONKEY: Jillian will ask Laird as a first inquiry, if he would be available
any weekend in winter 16.

MONKEY: Patti will look up the minutes and write up a draft about the
skills and thrills proposal, Jillian will look it over.

MONKEY: Patti will let Helen know and will present a proposal for 2016
skills and thrills for a cmty parking discussion, if its possible on the
agenda.

MONKEY: Jillian will ask Sarah if she could do kids toys in pedway as an
announcement? And Porch lights? Reminders. Some people may not know they're
supposed to leave their porch lights on

MONKEY: Jillian will send out a reminder, INFOCO brunch is 11/22

MONKEY: Jillian will reply to Sarah and Mary about 12/6 intro to facil
session.

MONKEY: Jillian will check Process cmtee job description, to make sure it
says that if you're on Process cmtee you should be attending community
meetings - not all of them of course, but the intent is you are there
frequently and that you are interested in keeping up with what the
community is discussing.



3. Next community meeting, Mon 11/16

Process - 20 minute proposal to use 2016 skills and thrills to do a weekend
community meeting with an outside facilitator about parking. Could be in
Jan/Feb/March 2016, does not have to wait until November. $1700 is what we
have. Could see if Laird could, or find others. Idea about asking Alicia.
Who else, anyone? Any Zingerman's facilitators? Laird may have suggestions
from among some of his former students.

At the meeting we should read through the current agreement and that we've
had two extended conversations, 10 years ago?

So we need a draft proposal to be written up, background, proposal and pros
and cons.

Sarah asked about if we're doing an email etiquette item.

We had an email that we need to find out about the legal issue of if we are
allowed to park in the former basketball court. We had another opinion that
we should not ask the township. What should we do? Whatever we were told in
2002-3 may not longer be true. Its going to come up.

I think we'll need an ad hoc planning cmtee that helps to give input. And
that might be an assignment in anticipation of the training. There may be
some other info we decide we need. It might tie to garages, how many have
been redistributed to whom, etc.

When did the last garage survey happen? Tim did one years ago seems like,
when he had his daycare.

We could look at bringing it back at the 12/2 alternative meeting, ask for
15 minutes for decision. Could check in with Mary and Sarah ahead of time
to hear what they think about that.

MONKEY: Jillian will email Helen et al about the possibility of also doing
an email etiquette item if F&L doesn't need the rest of the time on Monday.

4. Intro to facilitation session
90 minute session to give people an overview of what a facilitator does and
why.
Sarah and Mary are thinking 12/6. Names are in the minutes from last cmty
meeting of who's interested but more may also be.
MONKEY: Jillian will reply to Sarah and Mary about 12/6 intro to facil
session.
