Minutes:

1. Carpet cleaning
Stanley Steemer, $150 cleaned all the rooms, including the guest room and
did a great job.

2. Maintenance list
The maintenance list is getting long, but Ted was on vacation. Next time we
should appoint a fill in maintenance person.

3. Laundry Room Detergent
Should we buy both liquid and powder? Discussion ensued.
Buy both and measure which one gets used more - and that will be the one we
buy.

4. Shopping List
Steve is going to write down what he has learned on the Shopping job and
share it with us.
We should really look at having 2 purchasers - it would reduce the work and
complexity and give some back to each other.

5. Touchstone Common House Report
Waiting for certificate of occupancy.Different rooms will open at different
times. Expect a party in September with Great Oak invited. Meals expected
to be every Thurs, some Sundays, and some Saturday brunches.

6. Guff policy
We really don't want folks leaving guff on the table in the CH. Guff left
on the table will be thrown away. This is not incentive to bring more guff.
Please.

Note apropos of nothing: toner cartridges for printer are in the filing
cabinet in the entryway.
