monkey: Catherine will ask about wooden tv trays
monkey: Elph will ask Ted about more permanent couch repair
1. The left most washer machine got repaired by Keith. He said it could
have been easier, but it was a learning experience. Also, he says, "The
repair man also showed me how to repair the locking unit on the door
because there was a couple errors about the door not locking. Have you
heard of anyone experiencing error code on the washer in the past few
weeks?"
2. The lease for the middle office was signed by Matt and is in place thru
the end of the fiscal year.
3. The middle office has a past due amount (exact amount to be determined)
and the CH convener will negotiate a payment plan before the next meeting.
4. Our original plan called for maintaining a wait list for the offices. We
will promote this idea to GOTS and start a list. In the meeting Catherine
expressed interest in being on the list.
5. Terry, the mgr of the cleaning crew was concerned about the haphazard
nature of the couch leg repair - it was challenging to move the couch for
cleaning. Elph will ask Ted if he can put something more permanent
together.
6. Terry says she would love to have the cleaning crew do spot steam
cleaning. If someone here could instruct Terry in how to use the equipment
she will pass it on. Nancy will find expertise to share with Terry.
7. Catherine says the wooden tv trays are missing from the sitting room and
they are awfully handy for working on laptops. She will ask if anyone has
any info to the whereabouts.
8. Steve has questions about where to find all the inventory for buying?
And if there is a proper list. During the meeting we caught Willie who gave
Steve the info he needed to find the list and Nancy (a former buyer)
offered to show him all the various storage areas so he could get an
inventory count and know where stuff was stored.
