Bringing chocolate for the two community meetings a month:

COOLER: We could bring up at a community meeting, the idea of if we should
talk about how we each want to be contacted on community business, and see
what people think about it. So many options now for how to be contacted,
and some people seem to only use certain modes, would be good to know.
Maybe add it to contact sheet?

MONKEY: Jillian will preassign Kelly to Facilitator in Training.

MONKEY: Jillian will preassign F&L an alt meeting slot for summer (prefers
May).

MONKEY: Jillian will preassign Vasi to an alternative meeting.

MONKEY: Jillian preassign Sarah to an alt meeting (prefers August).

MONKEY: Gail will email - crc at gocoho.org to see if they all can continue

MONKEY: Jillian is contacting facilitators to see who can facilitate in the
summer.

3. Next work season

Talked with Kelly about the Facilitator in Training position. Megan is also
interested but not right now.

Gail will be rotating off agenda planner, Helen is going to do it.

F&L asked for an alternative meeting in summer, the first one. seems fine
to us.

May).

MONKEY: Jillian preassign Sarah to an alt meeting (prefers August).

Willie is on hiatus from BOA while he does meals work.

4. Member Resources Funding

So far only a few requests for the two workshops March 28 and May 29,
Nicholas, Megan, Kelly. So we can pay say $40 for each. Would love to get
more.

MONKEY: Jillian will email the workshop descriptions to our TS liaison -

MONKEY: Jillian will send out another reminder to GO with the registration
link.


5. Skills and Thrills Update

Jillian checked back in with Mary Thiefels, she says she will send
information soon. Maybe it will work out to try a small mural this year and
see how it goes.

Idea to think about - if creating this falls through, would GO want to
commission a sculptor to create something for us using the money - maybe a
budding new sculptor might want to do it as their thesis project? Would
need to be sturdy! And kid friendly. I wonder if Pam would have some ideas
or might know who we might ask at the School of Art.

Vasi knows the person who created the art mural along the outside wall of
the children's hospital.


6. Relations between TS and GO

Rod asked Steering in email, if there were discussions going on about TS
and GO relations, so Helen came to talk about that.

Membership might be the most logical committee to talk with about
connecting with TS about future relations. If membership does not feel that
they can work on that another idea is just for our liaison to talk with
theirs, and see if perhaps a few TS people want to come to a GO community
meeting for a brainstorm about how to keep in touch, and share resources
and meals, if we can start putting some plans in place for that. To make a
clear overture to TS that we want to stay connected and want to talk about
how to do so.


7. next meeting

First Tues in April is April 7.
