ONGOING MONKEY:
Bringing chocolate for the two community meetings a month:
January: Gail
February: Elisha
March: Vasi
April: Jillian

COOLER: We could bring up at a community meeting, the idea of if we should
talk about how we each want to be contacted on community business, and see
what people think about it. So many options now for how to be contacted,
and some people seem to only use certain modes, would be good to know.
Maybe add it to contact sheet?

MONKEY: Catherine suggested we do a refreshing policy moment on the
Communication Pathway. UPDATE: this will happen on 2/16/15.

3. Next work season
Gail will be rotating off agenda planner. Gail brought a job description,
seems very do-able for someone who is calendar-aware, doesn't need to be
nagged, ideally comes to meetings sometimes, and is organized. Brainstormed
who we might ask if interested for summer.

MONKEY: Gail will send out her job description to some people and see if
anyone is interested.

F&L asked for an alternative meeting in summer, the first one. seems fine
to us.

MONKEY: Jillian will preassign F&L an alt meeting slot for summer.

And Vasi may want to be preassigned one as well?

MONKEY: Jillian will ask Vasi if she's like to be preassigned an alt
meeting for summer.

Willie is on hiatus from BOA while he does meals work.


4. Skills and Thrills Update

Jillian finally heard back from Mary Thiefels, here's her message:

Jillian and Co.,
In regards to your project, next steps are as follows:
I will work up some drawings based on your ideas. I can send those
electronically as soon as they are complete. You and your community can
decide on a design direction from that point on.
A full project budget needs to be drafted.
Project work dates need to be scheduled. Your suggestion of June 6 & 7 is
out for me. Weekends are best or the week of Art Fair (July 13 - 17) is
wide open.
I hope to have drawings by early/mid march.

MONKEY: Jillian will reply, saying, as soon as you can on the drawings and
budget. We'd like them both together. Yes it will need to be a weekend for
us as well. Maybe could try to mid or late June before everyone starts
traveling too much. Would be nice to get two proposals, if Mary has the
sense this is going to be expensive and time-consuming - one for a small
mural, one for a larger one.


5. Next meeting
First Tues in March is March 3.
