1. Should we replace the CH Dryer?

In regards to replacing the dryer, we have been asked to consider that
Touchstone will be using their own common house before too long. Should we
hold on replacing the dryer? We did get by with 2 sets for some time and
are getting by now with the reduction in functional dryers.

The committee considered the question and decided to poll the community for
feedback.
