MONKEY: Gail will buy one or two copies of the Manual for Group
Facilitators since our copy has gone missing.

COOLER: We could bring up at a community meeting, the idea of if we should
talk about how we each want to be contacted on community business, and see
what people think about it. So many options now for how to be contacted,
and some people seem to only use certain modes, would be good to know.
Maybe add it to contact sheet?

MONKEY: Catherine suggested we do a refreshing policy moment on the
Communication Pathway. If we do have a community meeting on 12/15 Jillian
could do a 10 minute item on this.

MONKEY: Gail will put out the scheduling forms for all meeting roles.

MONKEY: Jillian will contact Vasi and see if the 2nd Tuesday timing will
work for her.

MONKEY: Jillian will send Steve Dougherty the minute taking guidelines.


3. Next work season

Becky H is rotating off, thanks for being on Process! We'll miss you. And
welcome Vasi.

The alternative meeting leaders are Gail, Susan, Catherine, Vasi.

The MLK day community meeting - always good to do something to acknowledge
the day. Wonder if Sarah might make her hush puppies again! will ask her
after the holidays.


4. Skills and Thrills

Did you hear reactions to what we did? What I heard was positive. People
enjoyed all three, the street art project, the enameling, and the CPR
training.

Looks like we came in right on budget, $1661.44.

MONKEY: Jillian will ask Mary Thiefels and Megan, check in about timing for
next steps. Since we'd need to set a date for June soon, and get community
approval for the money and the time.


5. Next meeting
Would normally be 1st Tuesday, so Jan 5th, 6:45-7:45, but Jillian will ask.
