present: jim, paddy, kathy, elphLaundry Detergent Test
Part of the point of the common detergent is to make sure people use free
and clear and not too much of it. We want to make it easy.
Jim is in favor of a common supply of laundry detergent - this particular
one seems to cause a rash like reaction. He's trying a different one as a
control.
Paddy says the brand "All" free and clear does a dosed pre-measured system
Thermostats
78 does seem warmer than usual but seems like a good idea.
Maybe set a cooler period around dinner hour because of the cooking.
85 at night seems ok with folks.
LED Light bulbs
We installed a test of 3 LED bulbs from Home Depot, CREE brand, par 38,
3000 kelvin, $25. Everyone likes them. We'd like to refit the kitchen
first.
Agreed: buy 12 more .
Ask becky what category light bulbs go in.
Bathroom Floors
We approved doing the sealed concrete option for both bathrooms a couple of
meetings back but Sari has not been able to get them to reply back.
Last we knew:
Here is the summary of where the ch bathroom tiling job is:
We now have 3 quotes!
Tile 1 (John Kissler): 2000$ (includes a tile allowance of 4$ per sq ft)
Tile 2 (capital construction group): 2562$ (includes a tile allowance of 4$
per sq ft)
Sealed concrete (Faux Floors): 1875$ (decorative epoxy, which is what we
have at the entryway).
Sari emailed the committee with this info, and suggested that we hire Gary
from Faux Floors because sealed concrete the cheapest, it matches some of
the existing ch floors, and the person I talked with (Gary) was the most
professional of the people I saw about this. Also we have already done
business with them (that entryway). Some people agreed over email, none
disagreed. Sari emailed him with no reply yet. Will call this week to get
the job
going.

The Work survey will run in July. So we need to think about our work
positions for next work period. Pay attention to pre-assignments.
Jim will get back to us on a Work day follow-up - what jobs still need to
be done?
First meeting of July we should look at our expenses.
