MONKEY: We trade off, each taking a month in rotation, and some time during
our month we post a paragraph on "talk" about one book of our choice in the
community resource collection. We can take the description from amazon or
the jacket/cover if we haven't read it, that's fine.

MONKEY: We trade off bringing chocolate for the two meetings each month

MONKEY: Elisha will contact the red cross to find out about a visit to GO.
MONKEY: Jillian will ask Steering cmtee if they have looked at their
mandate and are going to propose a revised version.
MONKEY: Jillian will check in with Kelly and Rowena about the vision
process for the GO nature club.
3. Steering cmtee mandate
We talked about at our last Process mtg, that Steering was going to go
through their mandate and bring a draft revision to Process.
MONKEY: Jillian will ask Steering cmtee if they have looked at their
mandate and are going to propose a revised version.
4. GO Nature Club
We talked for a while at our last Process meeting or two about how to help
a GO nature club get started. Kelly had volunteered to help with this and
was going to work with Rowena to write a vision for the GO nature club and
bring it back to Process, to help shepherd it out to GO.
MONKEY: Jillian will check in with Kelly and Rowena about the vision
process for the GO nature club.
5. Work season
Reminder that we are short a minute taker, so we have scheduled the "open"
spots for two of the alternative meetings. If it turns out minutes are
needed, the facilitator will need to ask for a volunteer.
6. Book of Agreements, tech work

Jillian read through it, some initial thoughts:
- I agree with the fixing of single and double quotes issue - they turn up
as garbage characters in the text and its quite distracting to try to read
with them in there.
- offhand I don't know that a "single sign on" or admin account is top
priority.
- I agree that the "diff comments" function may be a bit obscure - Heather
said that when you edit an existing agreement you have to put a comment in
this box in order to save the document, maybe a more user friendly way to
point out or name this feature.
- I don't understand the "relevant keywords in search results" - the search
results do not reflect relevant keywords as of now?
(answer from Willie: When you do a search currently, the software doesn't
highlight or otherwise indicate why certain items were included in the
list. I would highlight the searched for words in the results.)
- I like the suggestion to link together surpassed agreements with the new
version and the date that happened.
- I like the suggestion to have a way to handle attachments - especially
for discussions that involve drawings/diagrams that is useful to not lose.
7. Next process meeting
1st Tues in June is June 3 but we can move it if need be.
