Agenda:
There was a suggestion from a community member to add the hot tub to the
online sign-up system. The committee looked at the sig-up sheet and noted
that it is used very infrequently (only a few times a week), and decided
that it looks like the current systems (reserve on paper, or just come and
use it) works well.
There is also concern about the hot tub energy usage. Sari emailed Erik to
see if he would ask Rob Marshall to take on that job.

The people from Family Farms asked where the long runner came from that has
been added recently. They'd be interested in buying a couple more.
Jim will stop by GFS to see if that's where it came from, and communicate
with FF.

Concern about forgetting to lock up all the ch doors. Heather will draft a
document as a reminder. It will be printed and placed in the ch so lock-up
folks can see it.

Paddy suggested that we get a window film to block the sunlight in the
dining room (particularly in the small windows above the doors during
summer months). Sari will come to next meeting with examples of film we
could buy.

Kitchen remodel: Sari will invite Mary to next meeting (first 30 min) to
draft an agenda for a combined meals and ch meeting.

List of running maintenance items
- Sari will get a 3rd quote for the bathroom floor job.
- Hole in the dining room ceiling: Heather will hire a handyman to
put grate on the dining room ceiling. She will ask Judith.
- Rain water gathering and freezing on the stone pathway now that
the rain barrel is gone. Solution: do not use this path when you think it
might be slippery. Elph bought orange safety cones which can be used to
indicate hard-to-maintain slippery patches.
- Scrape off the paint in the guest bathroom ceiling above the bath
and repaint that tiny area with ceiling paint. (Sari has email Nicholas)
- Can light bulbs in kitchen and dining room blown. Elph has bought
4 LED bulbs.
