We looked over the notes from Gail, and agreed that the 2/17/14 community
meeting should be cancelled. It is a school break week so many people will
be away or not available, and there is only one short F&L item, but it
would need quorum since its a decision, and F&L is fine with waiting until
March.

MONKEY: Amy and Alicia will let the community know that the meeting is
cancelled and will contact the other people who have meeting roles that
night.

The future of Infoco meetings

We talked about the history of infoco meetings, and what we want to do in
future. Including ideas such as continuing to meet once a month, or, not
meeting once a month and instead meeting once a season for a 2 to 4 hour
chunk of time to work on a facilitation skill.

What we came to, is that it can be very valuable to have all facilitators
get together to discuss an upcoming community meeting, when the agenda
looks to be challenging. Other times, it does not seem to be needed to get
all facilitators together - the two on point for that night can get
together and talk with presenters when convenient for them without the need
for additional input. So, we'll try checking several days before each 2nd
Tuesday infoco meeting, and see what the upcoming facilitators think about
getting together. AND in the last month of the season, lets plan to get
together for 2 hours - maybe go out for dinner together and talk
facilitation or about some aspect of it, make it a fun outing.

Next meeting
Potentially Tuesday, 3/11. We'll check in on email beforehand.
