Present:'-'-'-'- Debbi, Kathy, Gail

Meals storage in empty office:'-The committee welcomes the opportunity for more storage space.'-The best use would be for little used utensils and equipment and paper products.'-We are very reluctant to store food in that space. Removing non-food items from the current kitchen/pantry could make more space for food in those areas.'-'-'-'-

It is our understanding that the office could be still rented out if a renter is found.'- We do not want to make a major investment in storage units that would need to be moved in that case.'-'-'-'-'-'-'-'-

Fall Work Season:'-We are still in need of meeting night cleaners.'-'-Willie, the meals scheduler,'-and the meals committee are hoping to solve this problem.'-Meeting night meals can be canceled if workers are not available.

Small refrigerator:'-'-Debbi has done some preliminary research in possible replacements for the small refrigerator.'-She will continue to investigate.'-While Debbi will no longer be a counted member of the committee, she will once again take on the role of shopper.

Deposit plan for new diners:'-'-Kathy and Gail met with Adi to get a better understanding of how a deposit system would work.'-It seems that it could be an automatic system that would not involve extra work for the meals billers.'-A proposal will need to be brought to the community.

Financial report:'-the bank account has approximately $1000.00 in it at this time.

Other business:'-Gail, Debbi, and Hope will no longer be on the committee.'-Mary is the new convener.'-Counted members are Kathy, Tammy, Jane, and Willie.'-The next meeting date will be set by the new committee members.
