MONKEY: Syndallas will get chocolate for the 4/15/2013 meeting.
MONKEY: idea - how about if we trade off, each taking a month in rotation,
and some time during our month we post a paragraph on "talk" about one book
of our choice in the community resource collection? We could take the
description from amazon or the jacket/cover if we haven't read it, that's
fine.

MONKEY: Can we make a sign that shows better, where the community resource
collection is on the shelf? Gail will work on this.
Re-MONKEY: Jillian will post the job description for
facilitator-in-training to wiki.

cubbies.
MONKEY: Jillian will send Hope the minute taking guidelines
MONKEY: Jillian will email summer facils about our infoco monthly meeting
schedule - is 1st Tues still good? And also about choosing topics to focus
on ahead of time for each meeting.
MONKEY: Convenor (currently Jillian) should remind about Process and Infoco
meetings 4 days to a week ahead of time, to help others get it on their
calendars.
MONKEY: Jillian to email out to "talk" this draft of one potential Skills
and Thrills topic with Laird facilitating, focused on work, and say that
people can be thinking if there are other topics they would prefer to cover
instead, and to bring them on Monday to discuss, so the community can
discuss and choose which to focus on.
Next Work Season
Gail has the survey for next season's process roles ready to go. Will give
people until Sunday night to respond. She'll put a copy in peoples' cubbies
and also do it by email by group. If the results are tricky, Gail and
Jillian will get together to figure it out. If it's obvious Gail will email
out the schedule.

I need to email the new group of facilitators and see if we still want to
meet on first Tuesdays, including Michael P who is the facilitator in
training.

Having a facilitator in training now means it really helps to have more
focused Infoco meetings, choosing topics ahead of time like, how to work
with emotional content, how to stop and summarize where we are to help
people track a complex discussion, etc.
Skills n Thrills Topic discussion at the next community meeting
At the 4/15 meeting Process to give the nutshell about the idea of talking
about work at the Nov Skills and Thrills, and see if there are more ideas,
talk about it then, and see where the energy is - if its clear people have
energy to talk about work guidelines we can decide to go with it, or if
there are other ideas people are excited about we may need to bring it back
for another discussion and decision.

Talk about the date (either Sat 11/9 or Sun 11/10, depending on what we
work out with Sunward). We get one day of free Facilitation from Laird, as
a result of co-hosting the FIC organizational meeting together with Sunward
in 2012. OR Laird could do a training if the community prefers, but in the
past Laird has facilitated in-depth community meetings about difficult
topics.
Remind people that what we're probably talking about is a special community
meeting essentially, to go in depth on a topic and potentially make some
decisions. (However if the community wants Laird to do a training instead
on some topic that could happen instead.)
