2. Monkey Review

MONKEY: Jillian will add a Facilitator in Training slot to the
Spring/Summer 2013 Process work and see how it goes. To encourage new
facilitators, have one extra facilitator slot for work credit, for someone
who is new and who would not facilitate, but would be like an intern. Come
to infoco and come to debriefs when they can to learn without the pressure.
Maybe they could fill support roles in meeting - scribe, etc.

MONKEY: idea - how about if we trade off, each taking a month in rotation,
and some time during our month we post a paragraph on "talk" about one book
of our choice in the community collection? We could take the description
from amazon or the jacket/cover if we haven't read it, that's fine.

MONKEY: Jillian will write up a job description for facilitator in
training, update the process jobs, and send a note to "Talk" about that.

MONKEY: Jillian will email facilitators and see who is available for
spring/summer 2013.

MONKEY: Becky H - the Conflict Resolution Committee (CRC) is currently Kate
Long, Susan King, and Patti, need to see if they want to continue. Check in
with Alicia to see if she's interested in rotating back on in case any of
them would like to rotate off.

MONKEY: Jillian will email Laird (of FIC) and Rowena (of Sunward) and float
the 2nd weekend in November idea for Great Oak's free day of facilitation
from Laird, to work on an issue of our choice.

MONKEY: Jillian will check in with Greg about changing his March 6
alternative meeting to Feb 18 and we'll cancel the March 6 meeting. Jillian
will notify "talk" if Greg is ok with the change.



3. Next week's community meeting
The agenda planner did not get any items for next week's meeting. Discussed
ideas. Since Greg can't make his March 6 alternative meeting date, lets ask
Greg if he'd like to do his alternative meeting on Feb 18 instead of March
6, and if not we'll cancel it.
MONKEY: Jillian will check in with Greg about changing his March 6
alternative meeting to Feb 18 and we'll cancel the March 6 meeting. Jillian
will notify "talk" if Greg is ok with the change.



4. Process jobs next work season

Let's add that facilitator-in-training position we've been talking about.

MONKEY: Jillian will write up a job description for facilitator in
training, update the process jobs, and send a note to "Talk" about that.

MONKEY: Jillian will email facilitators and see who can continue

MONKEY: Becky H - CRC is Kate Long, Susan King, and Patti, see if they want
to continue. Check in with Alicia to see if she's interested in rotating
back on in case anyone else wants to rotate off.


5. Skills n Thrills

After discussions with F&L and Work, seems like we can wait until our usual
November time for our full day of facilitation from Laird.

MONKEY: Jillian will email Laird and float the 2nd weekend in November
idea, which is where the conversations with Sunward, Work and F&L ended.
