Present: Jim, Julie, Paddy, Heather

Laundry room and Play room

These rooms are getting heavy use. The laundry room has been extremely
cluttered, making it hard to access the machines, counter, and shelves.
This is a very frustrating issue for folks who use the room frequently. We
need to refresh our guidelines and make sure that our use expectations are
communicated well to both communities, especially folks who don't read
email or attend meetings. Need to stress that folks need to check in on
their laundry frequently and follow up on moving it through the cycle.
Email community for input: what is reasonable time limit for laundry to be
left, how do you suggest we handle laundry that is left too long? JIm will
send email. Once we have received input, need to write up new version of
laundry room etiquette/guidelines and distribute on paper to reach everyone.

There have been complaints about children jumping o the sofa in the play
room, climbing over the loft rail, etc. Need to communicate rules again to
both communities - Jim will make signs to post in CH.

1. No barricading
2. Keep lights on when people are in the room
3. No climbing on the outside of the loft
4. No dropping things from the loft
5 No standing or jumping on the furniture

Adi working on reservation system - aiming for Jan 1

Electricity for new outside lights coming out of CH budget

Heather will tell Elph about broken ice maker in CH Fridge

Paddy will get a side table for the media room, not necessarily from IKEA
