Spent a few minutes talking about yesterday's meeting. Was great of Sarah
to jump in and facilitate as a volunteer.


Review facilitation schedule

6/18 will be the CH loan coming back for final decision. Elph would rather
not facilitate due to his content involvement. Jillian will take Elph's
6/18 facil slot. So as of now on 6/18 its Jillian and Alicia. (Jillian and
Aliica will probably need to meet with F&L end of next week or next
weekend. F&L will let infoco and agenda planner know how much of the 6/18
meeting they need, hopefully Sunday after they meet.) If Alicia does not
want to facilitate due to content perhaps she can switch with Tammy, and
then facilitate solo on 8/20.

Next season

Hopefully more facilitators are willing to rotate in this season. We were
short one this summer and we need more in the fall than in the summer. Its
the budget season.

In the past Mary King has facilitated a lot of the budget meetings, nice to
have the continuity of a facilitator for budget. But that may be more
challenging since she is on F&L.

Though budget is not as content involved as the proposals F&L is doing now
- seems to be more about corralling information and putting it in
spreadsheets, information gathering and organizing rather than weighing
difficult options and making a recommendation as F&L is doing with the CH
loan etc. Hopefully Rod can pass along all the spreadsheets he's put
together, seems like that could be a big help.

MONKEY: Jillian will email faciliators to see who could facilitate this
fall.


Infoco mandate
Read it over again. A tiny tweak looks good.
MONKEY: Jillian will ask for agenda time for Infoco mandate. Not time
urgent.

Facilitator job description
A few tweaks. Under item 2. add that its the alternative meeting leader who
is responsible for sending out info about the content of the meeting.
Under item 3. Someone who did not facilitate that community meeting that
night will faciliate the debrief. Everyone is invited to the debriefs

Next meeting
1st Tuesday of July will be our next meeting.
