MONKEY: Jillian will email jeopardy brainstorm to Pam.
4. Consensus power point for new members
Membership had asked Infoco to give the consensus power point to new
members. Jillian did this with Meg and Nicholas over the summer. We have
more members now - Paddy, Michael, Xi, Greg (if he decides to stay).
Discussion about this. Its a very simple powerpoint, very basic, just about
consensus procoess, its not about facilitating. We created it so that
membership, or anyone, can share it with anyone. Any chance membership
could do this in with the other things they are introducing? It's honestly
more likely to happen if they do it during their normal process. Maybe if
an Infoco member went to a membership meeting to introduce them to the
powerpoint? Its very, very straightforward - does not need a facilitator to
do this.
Mary had said she'd be willing to do a task between meetings, perhaps Mary
could go to a membership meeting and walk them through the powerpoint, so
they feel ok about using it? Elph posted it here:

5. Infoco meeting schedule
We've been meeting the first tuesday for a number of years now, but seems
like Tuesdays are not good for several facilitators right now. Should we
see if another once-a-month day is better? First Thurs etc?
MONKEY: Elph will send out a poll to see if there is a better repeating
once-a-month day for us to meet, instead of first Tuesdays.
6. Next meeting
Infoco meets on first tuesdays UNLESS we change it. As of now our next
meeting would be Tues Jan 3, unless we change it in the next few weeks.
MONKEYS
MONKEY: Jillian will find the list we had brainstormed of areas to flesh
out guidelines or teaching moments for, to add to Infoco agenda. Add each
faciliation recipe as we complete it, to the Process section of the wiki.
Re-MONKEY: Jillian will update the infoco mandate draft, take out all the
extraneous formatting, make some changes and bring it back.
MONKEY: In January Infoco to craft an agenda item where the community talks
about stand asides in some educational and productive way.
MONKEY: Jillian will email jeopardy brainstorm to Pam.
MONKEY: Jillian to ask Mary about this. (Mary had said she'd be willing to
