2. MONKEYS
MONKEY: Elph will propose some solutions for the ongoing document
management, collaboration, and creation needs.
MONKEY: Jillian to add job description/checklist for support role of
Alternative Meeting Leaders, maybe to facilitator job description or to the
Process section of the Wiki page. (see notes 1/4/2011)?
DONE: Elph will convert the consensus powerpoint to something that people
can update and access. Mary King has it and also it is on Google Docs.
DONE: Elph will provide Infoco the consensus facilitation training material
he has created for Zingerman's, to Infoco, it is on Google Docs.
MONKEY: Patti will provide Infoco with the facilitation training info she
has, too.
MONKEY: Infoco to look at creating a facilitation training powerpoint for
Great Oak.
MONKEY: Amy working on Infoco mandate
MONKEY: Nicolas hasn't yet been shown the consensus powerpoint - Sarah is
his buddy, perhaps she would be up for going through the powerpoint with
him, and also give feedback on what she thinks of the powerpoint. Jillian
will ask Sarah.
MONKEY: Gail will email the list of people who expressed a positive
preference for minute taking to see if they might want to switch with Eric
for some other job.

Alternative meetings - leaders for summer will be Pam, Becky, Susan King,
Megan. Pam was hoping for August. Gail will be sending out scheduling
request info shortly and Process will make the schedule next week.
4. Prep for the upcoming April meetings
Elph and Kate have already prepped for tomorrow's alternative meeting about
hoop houses.
April 18, Jillian and Tammy will facilitate. Figure we'll prep with
presenters the weekend of 4/16 but should make sure they email out their
info before that.
F&L - revision of the late fee agreement that we have.
Grounds - has asked for time to talk about the basketball court. To remind
people of what we agreed to and review the rules. Timely to do it now.
Work cmtee - at the last community meeting they started a process. And they
said they wanted three meetings. But we have not heard if they want to come
back to this meeting or not. They may not.
Mary King wants to start a Meals discussion about reducing the number of
meals. She asked for 20 minutes. Their goal is to get an agreement to reduce
meals, if that is what the community wants to do, and then to give authority
to the meals committee to make the decision about which meals will be cut.
5. Next Infoco meeting
First Tuesday of the month will be 5/3/11, 6:15pm.
