Reservations Book

Conflicts - Tom and Maggi were told at some point, by somebody, that
they didn't need to keep putting in all their meetings. That we were
going to treat their meetings like ours and just have it noted in the
back of the book. So, there have recently been some conflicts.
Normally, the policy is things need to be signed out except for
regular GO business and meals. However, when TS signed the sharing
agreement, they did clearly state their meeting schedule. I'm not
sure who would have told them they didn't need to sign out, but their
business meetings need to take priority. So, we need to check the
book and talk to any of our folks about possible conflicts. Also,
just a reminder to everyone. Potentially graying out certain rooms/
times for al of our combined business mtgs and meals. Think it will
help everyone.

For the record, TS business mtgs are:
first monday at 6pm, game
third saturday 1-3, game

Reservation book decisions: When Dale makes the new one, we will have
it bigger and block out GO and TS business mtgs, Family Farms, and
Zingerman's. Because yoga and game day periodically take breaks, we
will NOT be blocking those out and the hosts will need to keep writing
them in.


Zingerman's donation: Elph has been working towards having Zing give
a regular donation, looks like will happen. Becky will email
community when we know it is going to happen.


Art Update: Heather sent a downpayment for the artwork, for the long
art wall. With the new pieces, plus the collages she did, we will be
able to rotate artwork



Megan will email reminder to community to clean up after parties, if
grey bin is overflowing then run the hobart.



Kids room furniture - Katie is researching kid furniture, got info
from the library on their stuff.

Kitchen Update: We discussed the pros/cons of order the hobart stand
now before the price increase. Decided to hold off. Even tho we
might save money buying it now, we just haven't done enough planning,
especially with the meals committee to move forward. Next step -
schedule joint meeting with the Meals committee.
