Our next scheduled meetings are on both work days (Oct 9 and 23) We
will try to meet before the workday starts. If we need more time for
the budget process, we will schedule additional meetings.



Sitting Room Update
Melisa S. talked with Becky recently. The white chair and foot stool
in the sitting was originally donated by her, when she thought they
would be staying here forever. The chair was her mothers. It was
really important for her to be able to take it with them when they
moved. So, we need to begin looking for a new chair for the sitting
room. AFTER MEETING NOTE: Heather and Adi have loaned a nice leather
chair for the Sitting room.


Office Update
Melisa S. did sign a 2-year contract to continue renting her office in
the CH. Because she will now be a non-member renter, she has given a
security deposit.

Kids Job Board
We had trouble with kids playing with the board in a hurtful way, so
we took it down for awhile. Rachel talked with many of the parents
about making sure their kids were being responsible with it. We are
going to try having it back up. Parents, please have a talk with
your children about how what they might think is funny can be really
hurtful to others and to leave the job board alone.


2011 Budget Brainstorming
Started with discussion of lots of questions we have about the
budget. Becky will take those to F&L to get answers.

Get more pillows for play. Heather will get pricing for budget
