1. Progress of Work Day so far. Amy has remaining prizes and Tammy
will be work day coordinator and food coordinator. Ground will
discuss at their meeting tonight what can be done at the next work
day (5/16/09, Saturday).

It seemed to work out well having the coordinator be in charge of the
food. We'll check in with Tammy about sending out emails before the
weekend.

2. Finding past Work Day accomplishments--Helen has been writing up
the accomplishments each work season and putting them on the wiki.

Willie has been planning to do some cleaning up of the Wiki. In the
meantime, Helen will send a request to GO-Tech to add the page to
quicklinks or other easy to find page.

3. If someone leaves unexpectedly during a work season, who is
responsible for seeing that the jobs are filled for the remaining
season? The worker, the landlord, the relevant committee, or Work
committee?

4. Problem of absentee owners and community work, and folks who
although here, don't participate in the work program. Should folks
